Ordering Process & Payment

Burgtec have 2 ways to order:

The easiest way to order is through our website. Our website is powered by WooCommerce.

Our website has HTTPS encryption via a Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate to ensure any data passed between your browser and the web server (where this website is hosted) is encrypted.

Payment is securely processed via Stripe or PayPal depending on which option you choose at the checkout.

We accept the following credit cards, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Switch, Maestro,

Alternatively, you can place your order over the phone. Call us on 0162 556 9527. Phone lines are open 8.30am-5.30pm GMT, Monday-Friday. The lines are closed UK Bank Holidays.

Stripe and PayPal are well-regarded payment systems due to the high level of security when it comes to customers private information.

You are subject to Taxes and Duties for any order delivered outside the United Kingdom. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Delivery

Burgtec Ltd will despatch your order within 1-2 working days of it being placed, subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you.

The cut-off for same day dispatch is 2pm GMT. We cannot 100% guarantee your order will leave on the same day that it is placed. If you require your order to leave the same day please call us on 0162 556 9527. Next day and 24 hour shipping options do not guarantee weekend delivery.

Delivery estimates are as per the service selected at the basket/checkout page. The relevant delivery estimates can be found on each couriers’ website.

Your parcel may require a signature on delivery, please ensure someone is there to sign for it.

We offer free UK Delivery on orders over £45.

Exchanges and Refunds Policy

We continue to supply only the highest quality products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you are covered by our 14-day exchange or refund guarantee. Please return the product to us for testing, following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

If the product is returned in its original resalable condition, you will be refunded the full amount for the product, or we will provide you with an alternative product of the same value. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

If you return an item to us that is faulty, has been sent incorrectly, or for any other reason that is our fault, we will pay for the cost of the return postage. If this happens, please contact us first and we will let you know how to return the item to us.

If you prefer, our Customer Service team will be happy to take your replacement order, you can then request to receive a refund once we have received the unwanted item back. You can email us at hello@burgtec.co.uk or phone 0162 556 9527.

You can return your order in its original condition, to the address below, within 14 days of the date on your invoice. You will be responsible for the item or items until we have received them back. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. Please include your returns reference, name, address and contact telephone number inside the box.

If you return a product that is not in its original condition we reserve the right to decline a refund or levy a charge of 25% of the original purchase price

All items being returned should be placed in protective packaging. We encourage you to reuse the original packaging that the goods were sent in. Items that are not sent back in protective packaging and become damaged in transit will be refunded the original selling price less 25% to take into account of the item no longer being in a resalable condition.

If you refuse to pay the customs (duties and taxes) fee for delivery outside of the UK, we can only refund for the goods and not the postage.

Size Returns

If you have ordered a product in the wrong size you can return the item to us for an exchange as long as it is still in it’s original, resalable condition. Burgtec reserve the right to charge for re-shipping the correct goods to you. If the returned items are not in their original, resalable condition Burgtec reserves the right to refuse an exchange.
